Robo-advisors are diversified investment accounts that are automatically managed by a computer algorithm (as opposed to a human money manager). If you want to invest, but don’t have the money, or don’t want to invest with a money manager, robo-advisors are for you! Robo-advisors make investing easier—and cheaper—so they’re perfect for new investors.

Choose your niche and check for demand: The golden course combination is when you can find an in-demand niche that aligns with your skills and unique experiences. A great way to do this is to use Google Trends and Google’s Keyword Planner to look for average monthly search volume for keywords related to your proposed course content. Are people actively looking for high-quality information about this subject? Of course, if you’re already creating content for a blog, coaching service, or a site like Medium, you can test demand this way for free just like Bryan did.

This can be even tougher when it comes to sourcing images for your Facebook and Twitter accounts. As marketers, we know that social media users love a post with visuals. In fact, they regularly see more engagement than posts with only text. However,, we don’t want to slap up a stock photo with every Facebook status or include a subpar picture in a tweet just for the sake of having an image.
With Instagram, we find it effective to use as many of the 30 hashtags that you’re allowed per post. Be sure the tags are relevant to your post and brand and that they are worthy of including (they give you that handy preview of how many people are using a given hashtag, very useful). We tend to use only a couple of tags in the primary Instagram post, but follow up with a comment that includes many additional relevant hashtags (this still counts when other people are searching for those tags). Additionally, though web traffic should not be a primary objective of Instagram; you can still send people to one link — the one that you place in your bio. This is why you’ll often see IG posts that say “Click the link in our bio for more info.” Instagram has intentionally not allowed users to post active links within the text section of their posts. So get crafty with how you entice followers to click through to your bio link, and change it frequently so that you’re not constantly repeating your ask. 

Drop shipping is another great ‘hands-off’ way to sell products. Firstly you will need to find businesses that sell products in your niche that offer a drop shipping service. Then you will need to create a website promoting and selling the products. When you make a sale, you take the payment on your site and then the manufacturer ships the goods to the buyer. The profit comes from charging a higher rate than the manufacturer, and if you are selling a high number of products this can quickly add up to a healthy revenue.
Leveraging pop culture presents a great opportunity for brands using instagram. It’s an easy way to connect with your audience using something top of mind and that they are either passionate about or able to relate to. When I wrote a blog post about business lessons we can learn from Fresh Prince, I was doing it because I knew other Fresh Prince fans would enjoy it.

You always need to stay focused on engagement-based content rather than promotional. While it can be tempting to constantly post about how amazing your brand is, you can easily turn customers away by doing so. A great way to market your brand, while increasing your engagement is to incorporate your branding (fonts, colors, etc.) into engagement-based content. For example, we love “Spot the Difference” posts – they are a great way to keep your audience focused on your brand without seeming self-promotional. It’s a fun, unique way to increase your engagement and grow your brand awareness on Instagram.


Instagram is a photo-sharing platform. The photo itself is key. You shouldn’t take a picture just to post one, and you certainly shouldn’t post just any picture. When you’ve determined your subject matter, be sure to keep in mind the following photography best practices. I know – it sounds like a lot of work. But I can tell you the brands that are absolutely slaying the Instagram game are taking the time to do this and seeing the results.
Sharing other people’s content is one of the best ways to start building a real Instagram presence. When a small business is just building up its initial audience, then sharing user-generated content should be a priority. Start by “regramming”. Unfortunately, Instagram doesn’t have a simple, native way to share other people’s content. There are third party apps that give you the ability to regram.
Experience was 100% positive. Not only would I recommend them, but I most certainly plan to use them again in the future. Found them to be extremely responsive, they produced all design proofs within the stated time frame (which was a much shorter time frame than I had expected). Reposting user-generated content periodically is a great way to build your Instagram presence. It looks real and genuine. That rewards and recognizes your fans, and you may see big results in engagement and follower growth. Unfortunately, it is not so simple to repost users’ content. You should use third-party apps to do this. For example, every day Airbnb shares user-generated posts on Instagram. The team features the stories of their guests and those that provide local experiences or that share photos of any sort of Airbnb properties. Before sharing great photos and videos, they always ask for permission to share users’ content.

Creating your own food blog, will not only be fun, but done well it should also be profitable. Link your site to affiliate cooking products, sell your food photos, create and sell your own physical cookbook, or launch a cooking app. Equally, you could turn your cooking blog into a membership site. You would then share all your content, including recipes, how to videos, food photographs, and much more, with only your paid up members.
Alibaba is a Chinese eCommerce store that matches Chinese suppliers with buyers all over the world. Prices are extremely cheap, providing the possibility of large profits. However, with the potential profits comes more risk. As you are dealing with suppliers in China, if the quality of the product that arrives isn’t up to standard there is little that you can do about it.
Instagram is an excellent platform on which to connect with various social media influencers. These social media stars have already built up a following of their own, so these posts typically perform exceedingly well. If you’re interested in connecting with an influencer, consider how other brands in a similar industry have gone about it before. Does the influencer post from their own account? Or, do they do a sort of “takeover” on the brand’s account? 

Then once you’ve got your domain name and hosting sorted out, it’s time to pick a CMS, or Content Management System, that will let you update pages, build your blog and integrate with all the other services you need. It’s hard to go wrong with WordPress—the CMS powering close to a quarter of the internet. Keep in mind that eventually as you start growing traffic to your blog, you'll be wise to invest in a managed WordPress hosting plan, where all of the settings are custom-tailored and optimized to work particularly well with WordPress-powered websites.
Find a profitable niche. Starting with your interests, write down as many niche ideas as you can. Think about topics people might search online. Ideas include passions (like surfing or body building), fears (like spiders or speaking in front of crowds) and problems (like getting out of debt). Do keyword research to see it others are interested in the topic. Find out if a domain name is available that matches the keyword 100 percent. [7]

A virtual assistant will do everyinthing from bookkeeping to research, database entry, booking travel, and managing email. It can also be an awesome way to rub shoulders with some very important people, build up your professional network, and of course grow another stream of income. If you are a budding photographer and would like to be paid for your craft then you should consider setting up your own photography website. This is a great way to not only promote your services as a photographer, but also to sell your images. You can charge visitors a fee to download your images. Or, if you’d rather, turn your site into a paid membership site, with free downloads of all images for paying subscribers.
